DUTY MANAGER
Experienced and motivated Duty Manager required to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Licensee you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and running of our newly renovated and evolving busy venue. This role is a management position that will require you to be involved in staff training/leading, stock control, financial reconciliation and driving trade.
To ensure we find the right person for this role, we can offer some flexibility around how it is structured- from a casual or permanent-part-time 20-30 hours per week, to a full time role.
We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who will be on the floor, leading the team and creating positive and genuine interactions and experiences for our guests. In particular we’re looking for the following traits:
An experienced hospitality professional that loves what they do: mature-minded, driven and honest.
Able to confidently train and lead a team.
Passion for creating a great experience for every guest.
Able to work shift-work hours. Late night and weekend availability are a must.
You have a genuine passion for the industry and are seeking to pursue a career in hospitality.
Basic knowledge of industry regulations.
Current RSA/RCG required.
Previous management experience will be favourably looked upon, however those with ample hospitality experience looking to take the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply.
