(THE "MILLIE JOB")
Approx 30 hours per week.

We need an experienced and reliable person to run our bar during the day. You will keep the bar clean, take bookings, handle cash, and serve drinks to customers with a smile.

Main Duties

• Customer Service: Greet guests and serve drinks quickly and politely. Attend to Gaming Room, TAB and Main Bar.

• Community Engagement: foster positive relationships through friendly banter with our local regulars.

• Bar Care: Restock fridges, wipe counters, and keep the bar clean and tidy.

• Bookings: Answer phone calls, check emails, and log table or event bookings.

• Cash & Money: Count the register, balance the till, and reconcile daily cash takings.

• Day Tasks: Prep the bar for the evening and report low stock to the manager. 

What We Need

• Previous bar, gaming and TAB experience

• Valid NSW RSA and RCG

• Good math skills to count cash and balance tills.

• Friendly and polite communication skills.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a fun and vibrant team.
